Dan Sheptooha

 

Dan is a registered psychologist, nationally accredited mediator, and family dispute resolution practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from the University of Queensland, Graduate Diploma of Psychology and Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from Bond University, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. He has worked both privately and in non-government organisations primarily addressing the challenges faced by children and families experiencing separation. He has a particular interest in post separation parental conflict, child centered intervention, alternative dispute resolution, and conducting assessments in the Children’s Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
