LSC Psychology is also contracted by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to carry out independent expert assessments of non-judicial family violence claims. LSC Psychology has a national network of forensic and clinical psychologists who undertake these assessments.

Please note that applicants, solicitors or migration agents should not make independent contact with clinicians involved with this work and all case queries should be communicated to the relevant Delegate or Tribunal. Clinicians involved in the Family Violence assessments are not available for private referral for immigration related matters.
